Description:DocCam is an app that turns your iPad into a document camera when paired with an Apple TV. The app supports realtime video previewing while allowing you to annotate over video. The video can also be paused as a static background image.
What’s nice about this app is that you don’t have to take a picture and bring it into another application. Instead, the background is always current unless paused and it's wireless.
